Problem we helped solve

Pesticide and pharmaceutical companies often rely on field teams working across different regions, farmers, dealers, and sales territories. Managing attendance, visit activity, employee goals, product information, policies, and reporting manually can become difficult and unreliable.The company needed a system that could track field activity with location accuracy, support offline usage, enforce role-based visibility, and provide managers with clear performance statistics across regions and employees.

What we built

We developed a complete field force automation system with a React Native mobile app, Laravel API backend, Vue.js admin panel, MySQL database, Google Maps integration, and push notification support.The mobile app allows field employees to start their workday, record attendance with geo-location and time, submit farmer/dealer visit activities, view assigned regions, check product prices, review company policies, submit reports, track goals, and sync offline activity when internet becomes available.The admin panel gives management full control over regions, employees, roles, approvals, attendance, visits, products, goals, collections, reports, and performance dashboards.The same platform can be adapted for pesticide, pharmaceutical, agricultural, and field sales companies.  

Geo-Based Attendance

Employees start their workday from the app, and attendance is recorded with date, time, and GPS location.

Role-Based Regional Access

Users only see assigned regions and related data based on roles such as Sales Officer, Area Manager, Regional Manager, Business Manager, and Country Head.

Farmer & Dealer Visit Tracking

Field users can record visit activities with farmers and dealers, including visit details, location, and activity history.

Offline Visit Recording & Sync

The app allows users to record visits offline and automatically sync activity back to the server when internet connectivity is restored.

Manager Notifications

Push notifications alert managers when subordinates submit visits or field activity.

Visit & Region Statistics

Users and managers can view precise visit statistics, regional performance, and employee activity based on assigned hierarchy.

Products & Price List

Employees can view company products, images, and updated prices managed from the admin backend.

Company Policies

The app displays company policies and offers so field teams can access updated information anytime.

Goals & Achievement Tracking

Admins can assign goals to users, while mobile users can track their progress and achieved targets through the app.

Collections & Performance Updates

Collection data is updated from the backend and reflected in the mobile app to show progress against assigned goals.

Bilty & Test Report Submission

Users can submit bilty and medicine test reports conducted by authorized government departments directly through the mobile app.
